From the first day, Tom showed genuine interested in my endeavor to purchase a house in Tuscon without rushing. I met him at his office a few days later and went over options since I was not looking to purchase immediately because I live out of state. Tom provided termendous insight into my neighborhoods of interest and even suggested areas I had not considered. Tom would send me weekly updates on available homes and we kept in touch over the next few months. An unexpected trip to Tuscon led me to reach out and I purchased a home in the Casa Adobes area. The entire process was simple and painless. All documents were sent via email and every single one explained along the way. A detailed explanation of the home inspection was provided and it allowed for me to request some minor repairs which the owner ageed to. Tom made himself available to ensure the repairs were completed, and furthermore, made himself available again for one of the repairs as it took place after the closing. Tom and Long Realty have a system in place that makes home purchasing efficient. I would not only recommend working with Tom but I would also say that if you are looking for a realty company give Long Realty a serious consideration. Finally, he recommended a mortage broker (Ryan Fitzgerald) which I used since the closing cost were lower than the initial broker I was using. Great Work Tom and my family thanks you.
